This is the main entry page for Gatwick AvPhotos. Click a blue link to proceed.
Slide Show This is where you can see what has been posted since your last visit, although you can in fact view the entire stock of photos if you want. You can set how many images you want to see, and how long they stay on your screen, then enjoy an automatic slide show. Or you can page through your selection manually. A collection of thematic galleries is planned. There is comprehensive help available from the blue menu bar.
Photo Database This gives you a table of all photographs available, initially sorted by aircraft registration. It is possible to sort by any column, up or down, simply by clicking the head of the column. Clicking on a table row brings up the photo. You can search for aircraft of a certain type operated by a specific airline, or for an individual aircraft. There is comprehensive help available from the blue menu bar.
Gatwick AvPhotos Don't be confused. Gatwick AvPhotos is primarily a mailing list. Members receive and send photos by e-mail, and the photos get posted here later. This page explains what it's all about, how to join the list and what the posting rules are. This part of my AvPhotosOnline website is dedicated to postings on the list and to Gatwick from the photographic point of view. The rest of the site, is for photos I've taken elsewhere.
Visitors Here you will find a guide to where to take photos at Gatwick, with useful maps showing aircraft stand numbers and runway holds. Useful for spotters too.
Links Lots and lots of links. Links to official and unofficial Gatwick-related sites, including Gatwick Aviation Museum. Links to aircraft photography sites. Links to airlines which use Gatwick. Please report any which don't work, and feel free to suggest others.
